Jess from Hellohire is simply incredible. She's extremely helpful, polite, and understanding, especially when any of us at work have technical difficulties. She is always more than happy to walk us through anything, whether it be how to block off sections on our schedule so it is registered by their system or learning how to share our screen during our weekly Hellohire session with her. Jess gives Hellohire a good name, and I would recommend her and this company to anyone needing to manage applicants and interviews.

We have been using Hello Hire for two years now.
After 2020, we saw a dramatic increase in applicants, requiring us to spend much more time reviewing resumes, making phone calls, and booking time slots for phone prescreens. Our no-show rate was increasing just as quickly, resulting in fewer applicants scheduled for in-person interviews and even fewer hires.
Since implementation, we have spent less effort on those tasks, and our prescreens are more impactful. We use screening questions to eliminate unqualified applicants or those who decide they’re not interested, and we overbook based on our no-show rate. We also shortened our prescreen time by creating screening questions that gather information in advance.
When we initially started using Hello Hire, my team pushed back quite a bit. One recruiter used it, one used it sporadically, and another wouldn’t even try. After seeing the difference in my recruiters' numbers, I made the whole team start using HH. It didn’t take long for them to see the benefits and start enjoying the fact that HH helped them increase their overall hires and commission checks!
