We have been using Hello Hire for two years now.
After 2020, we saw a dramatic increase in applicants, requiring us to spend much more time reviewing resumes, making phone calls, and booking time slots for phone prescreens. Our no-show rate was increasing just as quickly, resulting in fewer applicants scheduled for in-person interviews and even fewer hires.
Since implementation, we have spent less effort on those tasks, and our prescreens are more impactful. We use screening questions to eliminate unqualified applicants or those who decide they’re not interested, and we overbook based on our no-show rate. We also shortened our prescreen time by creating screening questions that gather information in advance.
