Here’s a snapshot of key hiring metrics we captured in May 2025, aggregated across all home care agencies using Hellohire:

📅 Average Time to Schedule

0.9 days — On average, candidates scheduled their interviews just 0.9 days after being engaged by Hellohire. Most candidates are added to the system within minutes of applying, enabling fast engagement.

🕒 Average Time to Interview

2.57 days — On average, candidates completed their interviews just 2.38 days after being engaged by Hellohire. Most candidates are added to the system within minutes of applying, enabling fast engagement.

🎥 Average Interview Duration

8.9 minutes — This is the average time spent in each video interview conducted on the Hellohire platform.

📈 Application-to-Interview Rate

39.4% — This is the percentage of interested and qualified applicants who progressed to an interview. (Note: We define an “applicant” as someone who both meets the job requirements and is genuinely interested in the role.)

✅ Interview Success Rate

58.8% — This represents the percentage of candidates who were marked as a “Yes” or “Maybe” and moved forward after their interview.

👻 Interview No-Show Rate

45.4% — The proportion of scheduled interviews where candidates did not show up.

🚫 Interview Cancellation Rate

16.9% — The percentage of interviews canceled by either the candidate or the agency prior to the scheduled time.
