0.7 days — Candidates scheduled an interview only 0.7 days after being engaged by Hellohire. Since most candidates are added into your system within minutes of applying, you’re able to engage quickly and get the hiring process moving.
🕒 Average Time to Interview
2.66 days — Candidates completed their interviews on average just 2.66 days after applying. Since candidates can self-schedule, this likely reflects the speed with which most candidates would prefer to interview.
🎥 Average Interview Duration
9.8 minutes — The average time spent in each video interview conducted on the Hellohire platform was just under 10 minutes.
📈 Application-to-Interview Rate
41.1% — An applicant is defined as someone who meets the job requirements and is interested int he role. This percentage reflects the proportion of qualified applicants who progressed to the interview stage.
✅ Interview Success Rate
56.1% — We track whether a candidate is marked as a “Yes,” “Maybe,” or “No” after their interview. 56.1% of candidates were marked as a “Yes” or “Maybe” and moved forward in the process.
👻 Interview No-Show Rate
43.9% — The percentage of scheduled interviews where candidates neither proactively rescheduled nor attended.
🚫 Interview Cancellation Rate
14.5% — This reflects interviews canceled either by the candidate or the agency prior to the scheduled time.
